Education about sex and birth control is mandatory in high school because of overflowing population. It shows students the consequences of having a child before marrige and at a young age. It can teach students that the consequences of having a child at a younger age can cause trouble for the parents. Since the parents are still in their teens, the child could cause a distruption in the parents' education and relationship. Teenage parents have no money and will have to ask parents for help.
