Iraq is just not ready to have the US force to leave their country yet. They plan on having them stay until 2020 when Iraq is finally "Ready." President Obama thinks the US force is teaching the Iraqis well and is taking the soldiers out by the end of 2011. Iraq is actually using the US. They need us for 9 more years than we planned and it is better to take our troops out for other things at hand. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-10947918
